The nanny profession can be a very rewarding job yet often challenging. So, we are here to assist our nannies as much as possible throughout the job search, hiring, and on the job process. We strive to match your skills and nanny personality with a family that is right for you!

REQUIREMENTS FOR NANNIES

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S

  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain/renew)

  • A passion for working with children and an understanding of the seriousness and meaningfulness of a childcare career

  • Previous childcare experience (can include nanny work, or experience teaching/assisting in a preschool setting)

  • Professional work and personal references

  • Must have a valid U.S Driver’s license and willing to show proof of clean driving history for all jobs requiring transportation

  • Fluent in English/ Bilingual is a plus

  • Non-smoker

  • Willing to submit to an extensive background check

  • College degree in related field of study is a plus

  • Willing to take appropriate childcare trainings if necessary 

  • Willingness to show proof of any immunizations if required

  • Willing to adhere to any COVID precautions family may request

STEP 1: APPLICATION/RESUME

We want to get to know YOU! Fill out the brief application and be sure to brag about any certifications you’ve obtained, trainings/courses, childcare experience, and your philosophy as a childcare provider. We also encourage you to send your resume with all the included and updated information (including your references). We want to discuss your needs and preferred job scenario.

STEP 2: INTERVIEW

We want to meet your authentic self and learn what makes you, you! We will schedule a meeting to meet with you face to face in-person or via zoom.

STEP 3: REFERNECE CHECK

We will begin contacting your professional and personal references. After this stage, we will send you our Nanny contract to be reviewed and signed.
